There was a man who wished to enter into heaven with his brother, his brother was good and kind all his life. He walked through the gates without problem, it had been noted of how he had obeyed God's laws while he was down on earth.
The man walked right behind his brother, but when he reached the gates he could not enter. "You lied and cheated people." said the angel at the gate. "You sinned against the Father and would not repent."
So for his sins he was sent away and spent eternity in Hell.

Jimmy liked to play with fire when he was a child, he loved to light matches and watch them burn, setting newspapers in a pile and watching them go up in flames. Gary also liked to watch fire but he would set wood ablaze and watch it burn. Jimmy knew to always keep an eye on the fire so it wouldn't go out of control and burn houses. Gary would just watch the fire and never give it a second thought.
Gary's mother would tell him time after time to watch the fires he set and never let them burn out of control, but he would never listen, so she would scream at him sometimes to try to get him to understand.

The good a country does makes it look better to it's people and the people of other nations, but sin makes the people and the people of other nations feel disappointed in it.

God is happy with people who know what they are doing, but he doesn't like the people who are doing wrong and shame him in sin.
