When they got inside he started on the leg press but he couldn't get it to move.  "It must be broken." he commented and moved on to the bench press which he also couldn't get to move.  After he moved on to a few stations he turned to her and remarked, "The school needs new equipment, this stuff is old and broken."
"No it's not." Stacy watched him.
"Yes it is!" Jerry looked at her like she was crazy, "Didn't you see me try to use it all and nothing worked."
"You weren't doing it right." Stacy walked to the leg press and switched the settings then sat down and began working out, then she did the same at the bench press.  "I heard you had trouble in all your other classes too, if you want I can help you with them."
Jerry watched her work out for a while and then agreed, they won the championship that year, and every year after that he played on the team.
