5 A fool despiseth his father's instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.

Paul and his father were playing basketball, his dad was telling him a better way to shoot the ball so he would always get it in.  But Paul thought he knew it all and wouldn't listen, so he threw the way he wanted to and never made it in all the time.

John's dad did the same thing, but John listened and because of it he always made it in and became a better player.

6 In the house of the righteous is much treasure: but in the revenues of the wicked is trouble.

There were two men that won the lottery one named Tod the other named Quad, Tod was a good man, he gave his ten percent to the church.  Tod was always good and gave to some charities, staying the same as he always had been and not really changing except that he had more money to spend on himself and that was all.

Quad on the other hand, went out to parties and drank with the money he won.  Then one day a woman accused him of rape, he lost all his money paying the lawyers and lost in court, thus losing all of his money.

7 The lips of the wise disperse knowledge: but the heart of the foolish doeth not so.

Rachel had a problem in math, she had a choice of  two people to go to after school, Jakie who was being held for detention for smoking in class and her math teacher.  She knew if she asked Jakie she would tell her some lie, or make fun of her for even doing her homework, the only person that could help her was her math teacher.
